The KS-VF-VAM3500 Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace is a high-performance system designed for melting and alloy preparation of high-melting-point metals under controlled atmosphere conditions. It is widely used in research institutes, universities, and advanced material laboratories for developing new alloys and high-purity materials.

The system adopts a water-cooled copper crucible and a high-current arc melting power supply, capable of reaching temperatures up to 3500°C. Equipped with a high-vacuum system and inert gas protection, it effectively prevents oxidation and contamination during the melting process, ensuring excellent material purity and repeatability.

An integrated suction casting function allows rapid transfer of molten material into a water-cooled mold, enabling efficient sample preparation with improved density and reduced defects. The modular design, combined with a PLC-based control system, provides stable operation, user-friendly control, and high reliability.

This furnace is particularly suitable for processing titanium alloys, zirconium alloys, refractory metals, and advanced functional materials, making it an ideal solution for laboratory-scale metal research and development.
