The Vacuum Induction Gas Atomization (VIGA) Powder Production System is designed for the preparation of high-quality spherical metal powders used in additive manufacturing and advanced materials research. The system utilizes vacuum induction melting combined with high-pressure inert gas atomization to transform molten metal into fine spherical powder with excellent flowability and controlled particle size distribution.

This equipment is suitable for producing iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based and other alloy powders widely used in metal 3D printing, powder metallurgy, aerospace components, and advanced manufacturing industries. The vacuum environment effectively reduces oxygen contamination, ensuring high purity and consistent powder quality.

The system integrates induction melting, atomization chamber, cyclone powder collection, vacuum system, gas control system, and PLC-based intelligent control, enabling stable operation and precise control of the atomization process.
