Arc Gun and Arc Gun Lifting Device: The arc gun uses a water-cooling design to withstand high temperatures. The head of the gun is designed with a quick-thread installation system for easy replacement of consumable materials. The upper sealing part uses a bellows-type seal design. The electrode lifting system uses a servo-driven electric lifting system consisting of a servo motor, reducer, and linear module sealing device. It provides a wide lifting speed range and smooth operation.
Water-Cooled Copper Electrode and Water-Cooled Crucible: The copper electrodes are made of purple copper material with water-cooling design, ensuring reliable conductivity and timely cooling to guarantee continuous operation. The bottom features a water-cooled copper crucible with a conical design to facilitate material extraction. The crucible is equipped with a lifting and horizontal transfer device, making it convenient for sealing and removing materials. The crucible also includes a stabilizing arc power supply with adjustable arc stabilization current.
