The KS-VF-VSC30 Vacuum Squeeze Casting Machine is a high-performance vacuum metallurgical system designed for the production of high-density, high-strength metal components through vacuum squeeze casting technology. By integrating vacuum induction melting, controlled molten metal transfer, precision mold heating, and high-pressure hydraulic pressing into a single automated system, the machine significantly reduces gas porosity, shrinkage defects, and oxidation while improving the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of cast products.

The system is equipped with a 60 kW IGBT medium-frequency induction melting power supply, a 500-ton hydraulic squeeze press, and independent heating systems for both the transfer chute and mold, ensuring stable molten metal flow and uniform mold temperature throughout the casting process. A high-vacuum environment minimizes contamination and oxidation, making the equipment especially suitable for processing high-melting-point alloys and demanding engineering materials.

Designed with a Siemens PLC control system and a user-friendly touch-screen interface, the machine provides fully automatic and manual operating modes, allowing precise control of melting, vacuum, temperature, hydraulic pressure, and cooling systems. Integrated temperature monitoring, industrial cameras, and multiple observation windows enable safe operation and real-time process monitoring.
