The system is equipped with a 60 kW IGBT medium-frequency induction melting power supply, a 500-ton hydraulic squeeze press, and independent heating systems for both the transfer chute and mold, ensuring stable molten metal flow and uniform mold temperature throughout the casting process. A high-vacuum environment minimizes contamination and oxidation, making the equipment especially suitable for processing high-melting-point alloys and demanding engineering materials.
Designed with a Siemens PLC control system and a user-friendly touch-screen interface, the machine provides fully automatic and manual operating modes, allowing precise control of melting, vacuum, temperature, hydraulic pressure, and cooling systems.
