Double-layer horizontal cylindrical structure, inner wall made of 304 stainless steel with precision polishing, outer wall also 304 stainless steel, water-cooled between walls to keep surface ≤55℃.

Furnace Type: Horizontal side-opening structure, with independent control cabinet on the right side.

Furnace Chamber: Double-layer horizontal cylindrical structure, inner wall made of 304 stainless steel with precision polishing, outer wall also 304 stainless steel, water-cooled between walls to keep surface ≤55℃. Equipped with vacuum ports, thermocouple holes, and electrode ports.

Furnace Door: Double-layer water-cooled flat door, inner wall of 304 stainless steel with polishing, outer wall stainless steel, pneumatic gear locking/opening mechanism for reliable operation.

Heating & Insulation System: Molybdenum alloy heating strip mounted on alumina ceramics for annular radiation heating; full-metal shielding (4 layers Mo, 2 layers 310S, 2 layers stainless steel, support screens) ensures excellent insulation performance.
