Product Description

High & Low Temperature Dielectric and Resistance Spectrum Analyzer with Multi-Environment Hot-Cold Stage

The KS-MAI-DTS1000 is a high-performance testing instrument specifically engineered for evaluating the dielectric properties and high-temperature resistance behavior of conductive and semiconductive materials. Designed to operate across a broad temperature spectrum, this advanced system is widely applicable in universities, research institutes, material development labs, and industrial production environments.

Built around a robust four-terminal measurement architecture, the KS-MAI-DTS1000 ensures precise, contact-resilient resistance measurements under elevated temperature conditions. It supports a wide array of thermal environments—including vacuum, inert gas, and atmospheric testing—enabling users to simulate real-world operating conditions for materials such as conductive oxides, polymers, ceramics, thin films, and composite substrates.

Equipped with a modular hot and cold stage, the system features an advanced infrared-gold reflective heating unit that allows for rapid thermal ramping to high temperatures. The integrated water cooling channel and optional gas-cooling configuration deliver accelerated cooling performance, enabling efficient thermal cycling and minimizing downtime.

The KS-MAI-DTS1000 adopts closed-loop temperature regulation via a high-precision controller and thermocouple feedback. This ensures tight control and uniformity of the sample temperature—critical for studying temperature-dependent electrical behaviors. Users can achieve fast transitions and steady-state conditions over a wide temperature range, typically from -150°C to +600°C (customizable based on configuration).

One of the key highlights of this instrument is its 10-inch intelligent touch display, which allows users to view and record multiple parameters in real-time—including resistance, current, voltage, temperature, and temperature coefficients. The intuitive software supports unit conversions, temperature compensation, and automated report generation. Test results can be saved, printed, or exported for further analysis, and no manual calculations are required.

To accommodate a broad spectrum of sample types and test conditions, the KS-MAI-DTS1000 offers a range of interchangeable fixtures and sample holders. These can be tailored to match different product forms and test standards, such as flat films, wafers, rods, pellets, or layered structures. Customized fixture sets are available based on specific application needs.

Key Features:

  1. High-Speed     Thermal Cycling
Utilizes gold-plated reflective IR lamps for rapid heating, and supports     fast cooling via water circulation or gas flushing, achieving precise     temperature control within seconds.
  2. Accurate     & Programmable Temperature Control
Infrared furnace design paired with a digital PID controller ensures     stable and uniform temperature across the sample. Ideal for maintaining     precise temperature profiles during sensitive electrical measurements.
  3. Multi-Environment     Compatibility
Compatible with testing under vacuum, static or flowing inert gases (e.g.,     nitrogen, argon), or ambient air. The quartz-glass heating chamber permits     effective IR transmission while providing visual access and environmental     sealing.
  4. Full     Data Visualization & Smart Interface
The built-in touchscreen interface displays resistance values, voltage,     current, and temperature metrics in real time. The system performs     automatic calculations and supports data logging, printing, and unit     conversion without manual operation.
  5. Flexible     Fixture System
A variety of testing jigs are available for different sample shapes and     materials. Users can select or custom-design fixtures to meet diverse     experimental and industrial requirements.

The KS-MAI-DTS1000 combines smart control, flexible configuration, and precise thermal-electrical analysis into a compact, user-friendly system. It is an indispensable tool for those working in electrical materials development, high-temperature electronics, dielectric research, and advanced material engineering.
